AEM ems v2, 3.5 bar map, IAT sensor

Yahooooo..... AEM v2 came in.... along with the 3.5 bar map sensor and IAT sensor.... Just waiting on the jumper harness now.... :)

i work, work....

cleaned up the harness.... GE motors run the harness above the runners and looks ugly.... so i took apart the plastic harness enclosure and rerouted everything below the runners.... looks a ton cleaner.... added some cool adel clamps so i can route my -3 line from the union bolt around the rear to the turbo side.... should look clean :)

fuel system finally arrived.... items are as follow:

a LOT of -6 ss hosing
2 044 bosch external pumps
check valves
fittings
aeromotive adj fpr
adel clamps
galon fuel filters

axles and brakes lines are in....

got my brake lines in....also got my axles rebuilt and in as well....

z32 TT ends with custom axles....



stainless braided lines on all four....



new hard line in....



took apart the GE.... :p



took apart all the externals....



cam, caps, buckets and cams are out...



engine is uber dirty.... but bores look clean... i think a head gasket and wire brush should tidy things up....



bottom oil pan removed so i can tap a return for the turbo....

first and only J's racing titanium exhaust for the ze2.... honda insight.... yahoooooo !!! the guy at ppi was like.... you sure u want this.... and even the j's japan asked yatsu if he was ordering the right exhaust.... hahahahahah..... owned....

manifold bored out to accept injectors

got a local machine shop to bore the original injector holes on my manifold... and bore and a slight taper.... my brake line kit also came in....

got my nos motorsports brake line kit....



bosch saturated 1000cc injectors with 11mm converter caps....



a recent thread came out on SF and someone made 1041whp on this manifold.... so more than works for me :p
