fuel cell mount

wow... this was a bitch... more burns on me... yay !! welded some beams connecting the rear frame portion.... its L-plates so i can mount the fuel cell to this...

here are the L-plates welded to the actual frame... you cant see the frame and i juss welded the top just so i can get some practice....



i plan on drilling holes to mount the cell....



im getting better at welding... woot !



I added L-plates again to the fuel cell mounts....

finally got my retarded flares.....

after almost a f*cking year.... i finally got these.... the supposedly great quality but scratch's in a few places and i know its not from the shipping process because the flares were very well packed with bubble wrap.... cf seems to be splitting where the bolts meet the fender... not cool.... anyways.... here are the pics....

fuel cell time

went at it today with my angle grinder.... shit was gay and tedious....

16 gallon.... i plan on going with twin bosch 044s and running two seperate -6's all the way up to the rail then returning with a 6 as well...



spare tire well went to hell.... bwahahah....

cv axles....

this was bs.... the caps were impossible to take out with any screw driver i have.... so what i did was undo the cv rubbers and move everything down the axle and drill a hole.... then i would jam my large screw driver in and went at it.... now im pro.... bwahhaha.... shit is a bitch..... i took out all the ball bearings... and the cv caps as well.... my fingers smell and shit doesnt come off with water.... u need some degreaser stuff.... anyways.... pics are nastier than it looks....

these hold the ball bearings.... i think its the cage ?



each cage holds 5 bearings which allows the rotation with different angles....

my injectors came.... yahoo !!! 1000cc bosch saturated injectors with denso 11mm adapters... also high impedance as well so i dont have to splice in a resistor box.... muhaha... seans is going to kill me for adding possible failure points.... sorry sean :0.... bwahah.... long live the Z !!! yahooooo !!!

11mm caps that allow for denso type rails...



even came with pigtails.... anybody know how to wire this in ? im sure its juss the 2 stock wires but is there suppose to be a sequence...

finally got to put it on.... instead of rivetting it, i juss used the supplied double sided tape :p... i hope it flies off... bwahahah.... that it all... i need a diffuser now....
